Solutions Specialist – Endpoint Management, Intune

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Microsoft Gold Partner, who are mid-way through a highly ambitious growth journey. They've got loads going on, an interesting and diverse client base and present excellent opportunities for career progression. They've also got a strong focus on training and further technical accreditations.

 

The role can be based remotely, with travel to the office on occasion when required (likely quarterly, to Central Beds). You'll be working on some very exciting Cloud projects, working for a business that partners closely with Microsoft.

 

Solutions Specialist – Endpoint Management, Intune - responsibilities

  • Engagement with external customers to understand their business requirements

  • Implementation of solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies inc Intune (MAM, MEM, MDM), Autopilot etc

  • Helping to shape M365 projects - from design to implementation

  • Providing subject matter expertise for technical inquiries on new and existing solutions

  • Supporting the pre-sales process by explaining technical solutions to new customers

  • Supporting transition of projects into managed services

  • Continuing to hone and develop your own technical skills and accreditations

 

Solutions Specialist - Endpoint Management, Intune - requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the Endpoint Management aspects of the Microsoft product set: Intune (MAM, MEM, MDM), Autopilot etc

  • Certified or working towards MS qualifications, e.g. AZ-104, MD-101, MS-101, AZ-140, MS-500

  • Able to interpret complex designs and architectures

  • Experienced in implementing Cloud solutions by using structured methodologies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills

  • Able to influence and lead internal and external groups of stakeholders

  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of cloud computing (Azure, AWS) and networking
