Nemo Resourcing is an Employment Agency and Employment Business, as defined by the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations, 2003.  For the purpose of carrying out our business, we collect data from our candidates, either in written form (i.e. a CV, professional profile or information provided to us by the candidate via email), or verbally (via a telephone conversation, meeting in person or via video conference).

 

We collect only information that is relevant to our efforts to place candidates in employment.  This may include details of employment history, experience, skills, qualifications, location, availability, aspirations and salary expectations.

 

How will we use the information about you?

We will use the information we collect about you to help us identify career opportunities that might be suitable for you.

 

Where we have discussed a specific role with you, and you have agreed to go forward, we will use the information we collect about you to support your application and to aid our efforts in helping you secure the role.

 

We will usually call you to discuss specific opportunities unless this is not possible, in which case we will email. We never send bulk “job alert” or marketing emails.  We will use email to provide you with information such as job details or to provide updates or further information about jobs you have applied for.

 

We will never send your CV to a prospective employer without your permission.

 

How do we safeguard your personal data?

We are committed to taking all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information that we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. We do this by having in place a range of appropriate technical and organisational measures. These include measures to deal with any suspected data breach.

 

With whom do we share information?

Information we collect about you, including your CV, may be shared with potential employers and we will always obtain your permission before doing this.

 

Occasionally, your details may be shared with a company or agent who operates a recruitment process outsourcing service for a client to whom we are representing you for a role.  If this is the case, we will always obtain your permission beforehand.

 

In order that we can store your details, your information is also shared with our third-party outsourced IT service providers, with whom we have an appropriate processing agreement in place.  

 

For how long do we keep your personal data?

If we have had no meaningful contact with you for a period of more than two years, we will consider it unlikely that your data will be relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.  At this stage, we will delete your data, unless we consider in good faith that the law or a relevant regulator requires it to be preserved.

We do not ask you to register any personal information on this website.  Our website does use cookies.  Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. There will be no charge for the provision of this information and your request will be fulfilled within 30 days.
