Nemo was founded in 2017 by Steve Woodward. Steve has been in the recruitment business for 25 years. He began his career with Hays, moving into managerial roles in their IT and Telecoms businesses. After that, he was a founder of Fulcrum Telecom and was a director there until its acquisition by InterQuest Plc.
Steve remained at the rebranded IQ Telecom until 2016, when he left to take some time out with his family before starting Nemo.
Over the years, Steve has worked with some of the biggest names in the tech world, as well as some of the tiniest start-ups. He’s recruited people all over the world, at all levels. Crucially, Steve has also hired, trained, mentored and taught best practice to hundreds of recruiters and it’s that experience that ensures that Nemo are a pleasure to deal with.
