Customer Support Technician – Motorsport
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning tech company that provides systems to the Motorsport and Automotive industries. We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in the sector, who can provide top-notch technical support to customers across a range of fascinating products.
This is a varied role, highly customer-oriented, needing excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. It includes product testing alongside providing support and guidance to customers so they get the most out of our client’s products.
The role is office-based and you’ll receive all the training and tools you’ll need in terms of the product set.
Customer Support Technician – Motorsport – responsibilities

Providing prompt and efficient technical support

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

Guiding customers on the use of products & services

Conducting product testing
Customer Support Technician – Motorsport – requirements
-
Work or academic experience in Motorsport or OEM Automotive industries
-
Experience of vehicle data analysis, race data analysis/telemetry or vehicle testing
-
Preferably some experience in a technology-related customer support role

Excellent troubleshooting and team working skills
-
Very good written and verbal communication skills
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Knowledge of vehicle data acquisition, CAN or GPS would be beneficial

Any Product Testing experience would also be useful
